- 8:30 - Registration opens, Sponsors and Vendors Set-up
- 9:00 - Yoga Vista Stretch
- 9:15 - Walkabout Starts around Brengle Terrace Park
- 9:45 – Walkabout Finishes
- 9:45 - Recharge Energy @ Primo Foods Booth
- 9:50 – Drawing for Walkabout Prizes at Children’s Garden Kite Plaza- First Prize a Haro Beach Cruiser!

- 10:00 - Scarecrow Building – register scarecrows for contest at the gate, $2 per entry – bring your own or use our materials – straw available for stuffing
- 10:00 – 2 pm - Glass Mosaic Demonstration with Buddy Smith at the Jungle Observation Patio
- 10:00 – 2 pm – Facepainting with Mary Zaitz at Children’s Garden Entrance
- 10:00 – Sponge toss in Children’s Garden – 2 chances for $1
- 10:00 – 1:30 - Bugs, Birds & Butterflies Garden Opportunity Drawing tickets for sale
- 10:30 – 1:30 - Decorating pumpkins and bobbing for apples at picnic tables
- 10:30 – 1 pm - Planting for Nutrition at the Incredible Edibles Garden
- 11:00 – T’ai Chi Chih with Joanne Thomas free class at Reception Lawn
- 11:00 – 2 pm - Amigos de Vista Lions BBQ Lunch – Sausages, Dogs and Drinks for sale
- 11:30 – 12:15 – “Nature Art” with Heather Williams at Sunrise Discovery Pavilion
- 12:00 – 1:30 - Relays and games with Farmer Jones at Games Field – Suitcase Scarecrows, Shoe Kick contest, Over-under relay
- 12:30 – Scarecrow Contest closes and Scarecrow Contest judging
- 12:30 – 1:00 – “Music Among the Trees” with David Barnes and his music students in the Music Garden
- 1:00 – Live scarecrow contest on the Games Field – dress up and pose like a scarecrow to win prizes!
- 1:15 – Pumpkin Sweep Relay
- 1:40 – Scarecrow Contest winners announced at the Kite Plaza – prizes and certificates, BB&B Opportunity Drawing winners
- 2:00 – Fall Fun Festival closes
